Assistant(e) Inclusion Femmes et Jeunes

TechnoServe is seeking an Assistant Inclusion Women and Youth to support the implementation of activities aimed at strengthening the participation of women and young people in the poultry value chain. The role will involve operational support and coordination, communication and awareness-raising support, training and awareness-raising, and partners and beneficiaries relations.

Requirements

• Licence (Bac+3) in Social Development, Social Sciences, Project Management, Economics, Communication, Journalism, or other related fields
• At least one year of experience in accompanying social or development projects, ideally related to youth and women's inclusion
• Experience in the poultry or agricultural sector is an asset
• Experience with an international organization based in Benin is an asset
