TechnoServe is recruiting a Responsible for Autonomy and Youth Employment to supervise the Enterprise Counsellors of Track 0. The Autonomy and Youth Employment Responsible play a key role in achieving project results, through operational supervision and capacity building of the Enterprise Counsellors under their responsibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields
• 5 years of minimum professional experience in operational management and/or project management, or management consulting
• Experience working or collaborating with PMEs and Startups in Benin, preferably
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong budget management skills
• Excellent team management skills
• Excellent mastery of Google Docs, Sheets, Zoom, and Internet
• Good mastery of French at oral and written levels
• Knowledge of one of the local languages of the Centre and South of Benin and English is an asset
