Job Description
The Youth Autonomy and Employability Business Advisor will be responsible for recruiting and supporting a portfolio of entrepreneurs in the assigned geographic area, including executing activities, adhering to work plans, contributing to monitoring and evaluation, and reporting to donors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, commerce, marketing, or equivalent
- At least 1 year of professional experience in entrepreneurship, labor market development, and community livelihoods
- Professional experience in the private sector or entrepreneur/promoter of a business
- Knowledge of business management, marketing plan development, business plan preparation, and supply chain development, and market research
- Experience in mentorship and training in fundamental business principles
- Good knowledge of the Benin business environment
