Job Description
The Training Coordinator Assistant supports the training processes and related administrative processes of the Avanza Café project in Honduras, ensuring high-quality training processes for coffee producers, technicians, and other project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agroindustry, or a related field in agricultural sciences, + 2 years in similar positions implementing adult training projects in agricultural topics
- Technical knowledge in coffee production, processing, and marketing
- Proficiency in computer programs Word and Excel
- Excellent knowledge of rural environment realities
- Use of a smart cell phone, management of social networks (Facebook and WhatsApp)
- Valid driver's license and vehicle registration
- Vehicle (4x4) and vehicle insurance (current)
