Job Description
We are seeking a Community Technical Coach to join our team in Honduras to facilitate the creation and strengthening of knowledge and skills in small coffee farmers in the project area, with a focus on business and climate-smart practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, Agricultural Engineer, Agricultural Technician, or related field
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Ability to travel in the project area
- Valid motorcycle license and own motorcycle
- Good references and personal and professional skills
