Job Description
Techo-Bloc is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at their Douglassville, PA facility. The role is responsible for driving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and leading a skilled team of industrial maintenance technicians.
Requirements
- Plan and oversee daily maintenance activities
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities through work order system
- Train maintenance personnel
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures
- Lead breakdown response efforts
- Monitor spare parts inventory
- Connect to PLCs and VFDs using laptop software
- Perform root cause analysis
- Support welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications
- Manage outside contractors and vendors
