Job Description
Techo-Bloc is seeking a Commercial Representative to cover the territory of Montreal, North Shore, and occasional trips to the Maritimes. The role involves developing clients in industrial, commercial, and institutional landscape design projects, maintaining business relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in administration or any other relevant field
- Bilingualism (English and French)
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience
- Experience working with engineering firms and architects, municipalities, real estate developers, etc.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a complete and rigorous process
- Ability to work as a team and establish interpersonal relationships
- Autonomy, proactivity, organization, and problem-solving
- Good mastery of computer tools (Microsoft Office suite) and customer relationship management (CRM)
- Valid driver's license and excellent driving record
