We are seeking a Senior Office Manager to join our team at TechQuartier, a central innovation hub in Frankfurt. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our coworking space and ensuring that processes and standards are consistently followed.

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience and/or a suitable degree
• In-depth expertise in office management
• Strong willingness to learn, hands-on mentality, and solution-oriented approach
• Talented communicator and ability to engage with stakeholders and network confidently in German and English
• Interest in mentoring apprentices and obtaining a training certification
• Ability to work independently and maintain a clear overview of complex tasks
