IT Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. As our IT Specialist, you will be responsible for all IT aspects, including onsite rapid-response for technical issues, ensuring systems run at optimal efficiency, and establishing effective processes to provide the highest levels of internal support.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as an IT Specialist or in the IT field.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience in IT systems, networking, and server management.
• Experience with enterprise applications such as Google Workspace, BI tools, Salesforce, and Priority ERP.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for PCs, Macs, hardware, and software.
• Advanced knowledge of managing users, access (Like Active Directory) and mail services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing IT challenges.
