As an Engineering Manager at TTI Canada's Milwaukee Service Repair Hub, you will lead a skilled engineering team, champion continuous improvement, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver data-driven solutions and enhance quality and productivity across the plant.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, Operations Management, or Industrial Technology (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in production-related engineering; experience in service repair environments and new product development is highly desired.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience.
- Lean/Six Sigma certification or training preferred.
- Strong experience with ERP systems; Oracle and Korber One expertise is a plus.
- Proven success in building high-performing engineering teams and navigating startup or high-growth environments.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across distributed teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Willingness to travel frequently during initial training and plant setup (up to 75%), and regularly post-launch (up to 50%), some travel will be international
