• 5+ years of relevant experience with 2+ years managing a technical team
• Demonstrated track record of growing engineers across levels
• Earns trust quickly — bringing the intelligence, empathy, and technical depth to go deep on architecture, flows, and tradeoffs
• Thrives in customer conversations and translates qualitative insights into crisp product decisions
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can bring structure to ambiguous spaces and align engineering, design, product, and exec stakeholders
• Deeply curious about AI and emerging technologies, actively leveraging them to elevate product experiences, sharpen decision-making, and move faster
