Engineering Manager, Enterprise Services Management

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and grow the team and deliver high quality products. The role is based in Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The candidate will manage and coach engineers, partner with cross-functional teams, and spend significant time with customers to validate technical feasibility and co-develop workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of managing a technical team
• Demonstrated track record of growing engineers across levels
• Experience with AI tools and emerging technologies
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can bring structure to ambiguous spaces and align engineering, design, product, and exec stakeholders around a coherent direction
