Techtronic Industries is seeking a Category Manager to lead the Milwaukee D-A-CH team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales, margin, and cost budgets, developing strategies for market share expansion, and providing product information to Key Account Management & Sales Leadership.
Requirements
- Commercial training or studies (e.g. BWL, Handel, Marketing) with a focus on business economics
- At least four years of proven experience in active sales, ideally in the relevant target branch or product segment
- Outstanding analytical thinking with experience in data analysis, forecasting, and product range planning
- Language skills: German on C2 level, English at least on B2 level paired with communication security on a professional and management level
- Proven strengths in negotiation and interface management within a matrix organization
- Strategic market and product knowledge, as well as the ability to evaluate market trends and derive growth opportunities
- Residence within the D-A-CH region, preferably in the Federal Republic of Germany
