Join Techtronic Industries as a Category Manager Milwaukee D-A-CH and contribute to the success story of Milwaukee, AEG & RYOBI. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales, margin, and cost budgets for the Professional Garden Tools product line, including our MX FUEL Technology.

Requirements

• Completed business or economics education or degree (e.g. business administration, commerce, marketing) with a focus on business economics
• At least four years of verifiable professional experience in active sales, ideally in the relevant target industry or product segment
• Strong analytical thinking skills with experience in data analysis, forecasting, and assortment planning
• Language skills: German on C2 level, English on B2 level, paired with communication security on a professional and management level
• Verifiable strengths in negotiation and interface management within a matrix organization
• Strategic market and product knowledge, as well as the ability to evaluate market trends and derive growth opportunities
• Residence within the D-A-CH region, preferably in the Federal Republic of Germany
