Growth Marketing Lead needed to design and execute growth programmes, account-based marketing, search-led demand, and conversion optimisation for TechWolf's EMEA and US markets.
Requirements
- 4+ years in B2B growth or demand marketing
- 3+ years directly owning digital budgets of €1 M +
- Proven success generating pipeline for enterprise SaaS deals (€100 k + ACV) across EMEA or US or comparable SaaS experience
- AI-savvy: experienced using Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini or similar LLMs, plus basic familiarity with predictive models
- Hands-on with modern marketing stacks: HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics 4, etc..
- Demonstrated ability to build strategy and execute programs or experiments that improve funnel efficiency and pipeline velocity
- Comfortable orchestrating multiple specialist agencies and vendors in parallel
- Fluent in funnel analytics and revenue metrics; able to translate data into board-ready insights and partner up with RevOps and sales leaders on the topic
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
