The Leadership and Training Coordination team is responsible for designing, coordinating and implementing strategies for the development of social leadership skills in students of the Leaders of Tomorrow (LDM) program.

Requirements

• Provide comprehensive follow-up to students from elementary school to their development in leadership and innovation.
• Design and conduct workshops focused on leadership, innovation and development of social impact projects.
• Accompany students in the conceptualization, development and consolidation of social projects as part of their postulation process.
