Job Description
We invite applications for a Full-Time Professor in Industrial Engineering (IE) specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications. The role requires driving high-impact research, securing competitive funding, and delivering outstanding AI-enhanced curricula at undergraduate and graduate levels.
Requirements
- PhD in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a closely related field.
- Experience in Industry will be considered an asset.
- Proven publication history in high-impact IE/AI/ML/engineering journals and success in securing AI-focused external funding.
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching IE subjects; experience developing AI curricula/labs is highly desirable.
- Professional fluency in English (minimum B2/TOEFL 550).
- Commitment to achieving an intermediate level of Spanish language proficiency (B1) in two years.
- Experience leading interdisciplinary AI teams and collaborating with industrial partners.
