Full-Time Professor in Industrial Engineering (Multiple Ranks)

We invite applications for a Full-Time Professor in Industrial Engineering (IE) (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor rank) specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications. The role requires driving high-impact research, securing competitive funding, and delivering outstanding AI-enhanced curricula at undergraduate and graduate levels.

Requirements

• PhD in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a closely related field
• Experience in Industry will be considered an asset
• Research Record: Proven publication history in high-impact IE/AI/ML/engineering journals and success in securing AI-focused external funding
• Teaching Experience: Demonstrated excellence in teaching IE subjects; experience developing AI curricula/labs is highly desirable
• Language & Communication: Professional fluency in English (minimum B2/TOEFL 550) and commitment to achieving an intermediate level of Spanish language proficiency (B1) in two years
• Leadership: Experience leading interdisciplinary AI teams and collaborating with industrial partners
