Requirements
- Manage the linkage and ensure the relationship of Student Societies and Interest Groups with different organizations, institutions, and civil associations.
- Manage the linkage with school leaders on their campus to generate value to students, ensuring student participation and academic advisor follow-up of Student Societies and Interest Groups.
- Lead the assurance of compliance with National Guidelines for Student Groups, as well as institutional principles, values, and regulations for the correct functioning of Student Societies and Interest Groups.
- Manage the process for the definition, approval, and execution of the work plans of Student Groups, as well as coordinate transition plans.
- Lead the development plan of the student groups portfolio to enhance their skills and ensure successful participation.
- Lead listening spaces to know the needs and initiatives of Student Groups with the campus direction, LiFE, and other departments for collaboration in the realization of projects.
- Lead the participation of students in the forums where they represent the institution.
- Follow up in collaboration with the advisors of the student groups on the academic congresses to ensure the success and impact of the same.
