Tecsys is looking for a Director, Marketing Campaign Strategy & Performance to lead the strategic direction and performance management of the marketing campaign function. The ideal candidate is pipeline-obsessed, data-driven, and fluent in translating signals and buyer behavior into scalable, repeatable growth impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Proven experience setting strategic direction and driving measurable, repeatable business outcomes at scale
- Strong record of people leadership, mentoring senior managers, and building high-performing teams
