Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in sales leadership within the commercial roofing and/or waterproofing industry
- Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or related field (preferred)
- Established relationships with key players in the commercial roofing and waterproofing industry
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, coatings, membranes, and waterproofing technologies
- Proven ability to lead and scale a national sales team
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing large-scale projects and national accounts
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel nationally as needed (50%+ travel required)
- Experience in strategic planning and revenue forecasting
