The Associate is a developing mid-level consultant responsible for owning discipline-specific deliverables, coordinating with clients and design partners, and delivering small projects with the mentorship of a more senior engineer.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry with strong proficiency in Revit, coordinated modeling, and construction documentation across multiple projects
- Experience delivering technology system designs (Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, Acoustics, Network, Wi-Fi, and other technology disciplines)
- Ability to maintain model health at a senior production level, including workset management, view template application, warning resolution, and model cleanup
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit; familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, and GitHub
- Industry certifications (EIT, CDT, CTS, RCDD, PSP/CPP, PE)
