Job Description
TEHORA is seeking an Intermediate User Support Analyst to provide technical support to users and contribute to the resolution of IT incidents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or administration option system information organization, or a relevant discipline recognized by the Ministry of Education or its equivalent
- Eight (8) years of experience in the IT domain
- Five (5) years of relevant experience in technical support, cumulative over the past 10 years
