The TEHORA group is currently looking for a Recruitment Manager with excellent technical skills and knowledge to perform the complete recruitment process, establish recruitment priorities, and analyze candidates' skills based on business needs.
Requirements
- Have 3 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment;
- Experience in recruitment agency, highly appreciated.
- Ability to work in a team and interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good time management and prioritization, identifies problems and seeks possible solutions;
- Ability to organize work, rigor, and attention to detail;
- Initiative and ability to anticipate next steps and actions;
- Excellent customer approach and rigor in follow-ups;
- Sense of ethics and ability to protect HR information confidentiality;
- Autonomy with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn Recruiter;
- Ability to manage 15 to 20 open positions based on established recruitment priorities;
- Experience in recruiting specialized IT and engineering positions (civil engineering, BTP, an asset);
- Intermediate level of English, both orally and in writing;
- Perfect French, both orally and in writing.
