Chargé de recrutement (h/f)

TEHORA is looking for a Recruitment Manager with excellent technical skills and knowledge to join a versatile team. The selected recruiter will be responsible for providing recruitment services and deliverables, including completing the recruitment process, establishing recruitment priorities, and following up with candidates.

Requirements

• 3 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment
• Experience in a recruitment agency
• Ability to work in a team and excellent relational and communication skills
• Good time management and priority management, determines problems and finds possible solutions
• Ease of organizing work, rigor, and attention to detail
• Initiative and ability to anticipate next steps and actions
• Excellent customer approach and rigor in follow-up
• Sense of ethics and ability to protect HR information confidentiality
• Autonomy with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to manage 15 to 20 open positions according to established recruitment priorities
• Experience in recruiting specialized positions in IT and engineering (civil engineering, BTP, an asset)
• Intermediate level of English at oral and written levels
• Perfect French at oral and written levels
