Requirements
- Conduct the entire hiring process, in collaboration with managers (job requirement, posting, CV sorting, candidate selection, phone interviews, virtual interviews, sending entrance tests and sending the employment contract)
- Establish recruitment priorities and conduct a rigorous follow-up of ongoing mandates
- Follow up with non-selected candidates regarding their candidacy
- Feed candidate pools and qualify candidates for future needs
- Identify passive candidates on LinkedIn and generate interest
- Have a perfect mastery of recruitment on social networks and establish a presence on LinkedIn for active and passive candidates
- Analyze candidate skills based on business needs
- Counsel and accompany managers during interviews and candidate selection
- Propose and implement solutions for talent attraction and acquisition (research strategies, external visibility, and appropriate recruitment sources)
- Remain up-to-date with new market trends (job postings, interview templates, psychometric tests)
