The selected person will participate in the vigilance of best market practices, identify and understand key requirements, and suggest clarification requests.

Requirements

• Hold a university degree in business administration, commerce, procurement, or any other relevant field
• Have five years of relevant experience in writing service proposals for international funders
• Holding a professional title in supply chain management (PGCA) is an asset
