Job Description
Tekmetric is looking for a Manager of Customer Success to build a high-performing engine of Customer Success Managers. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success and at least 2+ years of direct people management experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success
- 2+ years of direct people management experience
- Proven track record of managing high-velocity motions (100+ accounts per CSM)
- Experience in managing complex, multi-location Mid-Market renewals
- Data-Driven Leadership
- Ability to communicate complex product value into simple, relatable outcomes
- Deep understanding of the Time-to-First-Value (TTFV) framework
