Job description
We are seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to join our team supporting the Transportation Team. The work environment is in the Washington Metro Area, with a day shift schedule and occasional evening and weekend work. The team supports government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments.
Manage Windows Server and Linux VM infrastructure, administer virtualization platforms, implement patch management and configuration baselines, support backup/restore and DR testing.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of system administration experience, certifications in Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate or VMware VCP, and ITIL v4. They will also have a Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or information systems and a Public Trust clearance.
