Job Description
Tektome is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead the entire implementation process, from requirements gathering to full-scale implementation, ensuring customers maximize the value of their platform. This role involves understanding business problems, designing solutions, conducting user interviews, providing user education, and continuously improving the product based on data and feedback. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service, technical literacy, project management, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in SaaS customer success or a similar field.
