Partner Sourcing Manager responsible for developing and managing Telaid's partner and 1099 labor ecosystem to support scalable field service delivery.
Requirements
- Develop, manage, and optimize partner and 1099 labor ecosystem
- Own partner sourcing strategy execution, capacity readiness, and partner performance enablement
- Partner with senior leaders, Workforce Management, Quality, PMO, and Shared Services
