Contract Specialist

Contract Specialist supporting the lifecycle of distributor, consulting and government contracts, with a strong emphasis on compliance, documentation, and contract management systems.

Requirements

• General understanding of legal agreement structures, basic drafting practices and able to support contract negotiations for routine commercial agreements in accordance with established guidelines and playbook policies.
• Proven experience in contract management or a similar role processing legal agreements, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with Conga or similar contract lifecycle management tools
• High proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word, including spreadsheet and document formatting, comparing and editing
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, follow-up and research skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, monitor progress and meet deadlines
