Facilities Maintenance Mechanic

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5-10 years of experience in facilities maintenance
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varied conditions
• U.S. Person status (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee)
