Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician (Swing Shift), you will perform general repair and maintenance of building and grounds, manage preventive maintenance schedules and daily facility requests, and troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5-10 years of experience in facilities maintenance
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varied conditions
- U.S. Person status (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee)
