Senior Manager, Income Tax Accounting

We are looking for an ASC 740 income tax accountant to join the Teledyne Tax team. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of directly related experience and/or training, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. The role will involve working on annual and quarterly global income tax provisions and reporting for SEC 10-Q and 10-K filings, as well as other tasks such as maintaining and validating domestic Income Tax Payable inventory and preparing workpapers for Federal and state income tax provisions.

Requirements

• 8 years of directly related (ASC 740; Global Corporate Tax) experience and/or training
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in Accounting
• CPA or JD preferred
• Masters degree in Tax preferred
