Job Description
We're looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance Support Consultant to join our AI Business Solutions team. You'll provide end-to-end support to customers, troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, and work with customers and technical teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
- Solid functional knowledge across Finance modules
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex system and process issues
- Experience owning incidents end-to-end in a support or consulting environment
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting upgrades, releases and go-lives
- Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and customer success
