Job Description
Telefónica Tech is the digital transformation company of the Telefónica Group, seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Technician Level 1 to join their technical support team to provide assistance to clients and ensure the efficient resolution of technical problems.
Requirements
- Experience in similar positions over 1 year
- Intermediate degree in microinformatics and networks
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems
- Knowledge of Backup and Storage
- Knowledge of DB (NoSqL), SAP, MDW
- Knowledge of virtualization environments: VDC, VDI
- Knowledge of MDM
- Knowledge of CC/UC (CCoD, Genesys)
- Customer orientation
- Passion for emerging technologies and solutions to clients
- Self-taught capacity
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networks
- Effective communication skills and customer orientation
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Spanish language required, English B1 optional
