Job Description
Telefónica Tech is seeking a Tech Support Operator to join their technical support team. The ideal candidate will have experience in similar positions, an intermediate degree in microinformatics systems and networks, and knowledge in Linux/Unix operating systems and various technical skills.
Requirements
- More than 1 year in similar positions
- Intermediate degree in microinformatics systems and networks
- Higher degree in Networked System Administration
- Knowledge in Linux/Unix operating systems
- Knowledge in Backup and Storage
- Knowledge in DBMS (NoSqL), SAP, MDW
- Knowledge in virtualization environments: VDC, VDI
- Knowledge in MDM
- Knowledge in CC/UC (CCoD, Genesys)
