Job Description
As a Customer Advisor at Telenet Retail, you will be the direct point of contact for customers, providing best possible service with a commercial approach and investigating customer needs to find the best digital experiences.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of commercial experience
- Ability to naturally and fluently handle customers in a respectful manner
- Knowledge of digital products and services
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
