As a Pega Lead System Architect, you will drive technical leadership and innovation within the Pega domain, translating complex business challenges into scalable and efficient technical solutions. You will provide technical leadership across multiple squads, shape the organization's digital transformation roadmap, and ensure the adoption of best practices in the Pega platform.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in the Pega platform, including Pega Customer Service, Customer Decision Hub, integrations, and Pega Cloud.
- Strong understanding of related technologies and enterprise architecture principles.
- Proven experience in delivering scalable, enterprise-grade Pega solutions and overseeing major platform evolutions.
- Ability to set architectural direction, influence Pega LSAs, and provide guidance and recommendations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- At least 8 years of experience in software development, with 3+ years in a senior or technical leadership role, and Pega Lead System Architect certification (LSA) Parts 1 and 2.
