Lead - Pega System Architect

The Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) provides technical, delivery, solution and engagement leadership across large-scale government Pega programs. The role is accountable for defining enterprise-grade architecture, leading Pega Constellation adaptation, and partnering with senior stakeholders to translate long-term business strategy into effective Pega solutions.

Requirements

• Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification
• 10+ years of hands-on experience delivering large-scale Pega implementations
• Strong expertise in: Pega Customer Service and Government solutions, Pega Constellation (DX API, Views, Data-driven UI), Enterprise integration (REST, SOAP, RDBMS)
• Strong experience in: Solution design, estimation, and delivery leadership, Migration of data into Pega based solutions, Handling non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor teams and influence technical direction
• Experience in Government environments and Agile delivery methods
• Experience leading onshore and offshore delivery teams
