The Senior Pega System Architect will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and governing a Pega Constellation-based Customer Service solution for Government. The role is responsible for developing the solution that aligns with government policies, security standards, accessibility requirements, and service delivery outcomes, while leveraging Pega Customer Service, Case Management, and Omni-Channel capabilities.
