Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Systems Architect with Pega expertise to lead the design, build, and optimization of Pega applications, ensuring compliance with enterprise and government standards. The successful candidate will have a strong command of Pega application architecture, excellent communication and stakeholder skills, and experience delivering Pega solutions in government or regulated environments.
Requirements
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA / PCSSA) certification
- Several years of hands-on Pega delivery experience (typically 3â5+ years)
- Strong command of Pega application architecture: case lifecycle design, data modelling, integrations, security and access control, and performance tuning
- Experience delivering Pega solutions in government or regulated environments
- Familiarity with public-sector complaint or case management style workloads (high volume, sensitive data, strong auditability and reporting requirements)
- Agile/Scrum or Pega Express experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
