Customer Success Technician

Teleo is a robotics startup disrupting a trillion-dollar industry. The Customer Success Technician will work directly with mining and construction customers to install, integrate, and maintain Teleo's remote operation and AI systems on heavy equipment.

Requirements

• Measuring and integrating mechanical and electrical components
• Installing and optimizing on-equipment systems and network infrastructure
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and connectivity issues
• Supporting new vehicle, control station, and network deployments
• Performing routine maintenance and service visits
