Requirements
- BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) OR equivalent work experience
- C2 level of German and English
- 2 years experience in sales and/or marketing: previous client-facing experience, particularly in high-stakes environments
- Strong experience managing customer relationships and improving CRM systems for business outcomes
- Regularly integrates AI tools into workflows and interprets insights to personalize outreach
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly and persuasively explain complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Thrives in a goal-oriented environment and contributes actively to team success
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a confident and determined mindset
- Works independently while actively collaborating with team members
- Solid business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and support strategic decisions
