The Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day execution of sales performance within their team, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets, activity levels, and conversion goals. This role drives frontline execution by coaching sales representatives (SDR, AE and AM) managing pipeline discipline, and ensuring consistent performance across SMB EMEA Direct clients and Agency segments.
Requirements
- Manage a sales team working towards revenue targets, ensuring strong pipeline, activity levels, and conversion performance
- Support forecast preparation and identify opportunities to improve team performance and drive business growth
- Delegate tasks and set clear priorities aligned with sales targets and operational needs
- Oversee day-to-day sales execution, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to processes
- Monitor team performance across pipeline, conversion, and productivity metrics, reporting on results and improvement actions
- Identify skill gaps and provide coaching to improve sales execution and performance outcomes
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve performance or operational issues impacting results
- Recognize high performance and drive accountability across the team
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, tools, and performance standards
