The Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day execution of sales performance within their team, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets, activity levels, and conversion goals.
Requirements
- Manage a sales team working towards revenue targets, ensuring strong pipeline, activity levels, and conversion performance
- Support forecast preparation and identify opportunities to improve team performance and drive business growth
- Delegate tasks and set clear priorities aligned with sales targets and operational needs
- Oversee day-to-day sales execution, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to processes
- Monitor team performance across pipeline, conversion, and productivity metrics, reporting on results and improvement actions
- Identify skill gaps and provide coaching to improve sales execution and performance outcomes
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve performance or operational issues impacting results
- Recognize high performance and drive accountability across the team
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, tools, and performance standards
