The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for improving sales performance by equipping teams with the skills, tools, and methodologies required to drive acquisition, conversion, and account growth.
Requirements
- Onboarding & Enablement: Deliver onboarding programs focused on sales fundamentals, tools, and processes to ensure fast ramp-up and early productivity
- Performance Improvement: Identify performance gaps through data and call analysis, designing targeted enablement initiatives to improve conversion and sales effectiveness.
- Sales Playbook Execution: Implement and continuously refine sales methodologies, ensuring consistency in pitch, objection handling, and closing techniques
- Coaching & Support: Provide ongoing coaching and support to frontline teams and Team Leaders, reinforcing best practices and driving performance improvement
- Cross-functional Alignment: Partner with Operations, Quality, and Analytics to align enablement initiatives with business needs and performance goals
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the impact of enablement initiatives on sales performance, ensuring measurable improvement in key metrics
