Requirements
2-3 years' experience as an Operations Manager in a contact centre environment
Proven experience in managing a Financial/Regulated/contact center
Strong motivational skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to troubleshoot and solve problems through data analysisComfortable with adapting to fast paced change
