Support the continued growth of the campaign by monitoring, evaluating and improving effectiveness of Quality standards. Responsible for analyzing and maintaining Service Level agreements, managing operational reports, and conducting scheduled reviews with The Client.

Requirements

• 2/3 Years' experience as an Operations Assistant Manager within a contact centre environment
• Experience in KPI Management
• Matric/ Equivalent
